The OACPS SIDS High-Level Dialogue on Climate Finance and Nature-based Solutions, held on 10 September 2026 in Brussels, brought together SIDS representatives, policymakers, development partners, financing institutions and experts to explore innovative approaches to mobilising climate and biodiversity finance.
Discussions focused on Nature-based Solutions (NbS), blended finance, blue carbon and ecosystem insurance, contributing to a Joint OACPS SIDS Statement ahead of Pre-COP31, CBD COP17 and COP31.
